The single came out on COLLECTOR RECORDS RECORDS catalogue number JDN 102.
VISUAL ONLY condition of the vinyl is in VG++ / VG+++ condition (GREAT CONDITION !!! light scuffs), comes in an old white die cut sleeve !!!
