A welcome reissue from Disco Modernism, this was originally released in 2012... But with the legendary Fred Ventura on vocals it really does sound like it could've been released in the mid 80s right at the peak of the hugely influential Italo disco period. Veteran Tyrell has nailed the perfect synth groove which pumps the perfect balance; enough electronic dancefloor weight and plenty of pop charm. With bold synth drums, arpeggiated bass and big reverb on Ventura's vocals this is authentic to the very core. For added New Order feel flip for Italoconnection's equally spotless remix. Retrospective perfection; if you didn't catch this the first time round, now is most certainly the time!
