Track Records 613017. Matrix 613017 A1-1. It is unusual in that the matrix numbers in the dead wax are stamped as 613008 with the 08 scratched out by hand and 17 scratched in by hand
This would suggest that this pressing is from the last batch pressed for the original electric ladyland double album,with hand altered matrixes!
