12 tracks of Scottish fiddle music, much of it composed by James Scott Skinner, or the Gow family of Perthshire.
The medley format of "Slow Air - Strathspey - Reel" is followed on 7 tracks, 3 tracks are slow airs only, and 1 track is a March - Strathspey - Reel set.
Piano accompaniment by Robert Campbell.
The record was recorded in Aberdeen in 1966, on the "Scots Disc" label.
The disc is in at least excellent* condition, as defined by "Record Collector" magazine - see below.
The sleeve is in good condition, but a bit crumpled in places.
[ *Excellent The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality . The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. – “Record Collector” magazine definition. ]
