Grading System: In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare discs, Record Collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, I have added a (+) or (-) to my grading's where applicable.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

All items must be returned in the condition they left me in, sealed records must be sent back sealed unless they are not as described or defective.

 

All records are graded visually, any suspect records will be played and graded this way as well, if you are unsure ask for a play grade and if I can I will.

 

I try to offer the best possible service and ask all buyers to mail first if there are any problems, I will sort it out in your favour and I have no reason to over describe records and give an honest opinion as if I was buying the record to add to my collection.

Feedback is now left after you indicate there was no problem with the item you received. This is very important and all buyers are urged to give a full 5 star rating (unless you are not happy) but if you are not please contact us before leaving feedback!
