Brand new! I have two copies of this album. Both have scuffing on the plastic outer sleeve and both sleeves need cleaning (these were stored near the floor). One sleeve has an opening along one seam that measures about 7". 

Albums may have some scuffing on the plastic and/or corner damage from storage. If something on the cover indicates that a MP3 is included, please note that the expiration date may have passed. I am liquidating stock for a company and do not know the age of the item.
