Firstly a bit of history of the album.....HELP was the BEATLES'  5th album coming out on the 6th August 1965. The premier of the album was played in London on the 29th July. Once again reaching the top spot in all record magazines of that era...as they had done with the previous four albums!

VG. With only light marks to the vinyl-she still produces a wonderfully deep and rich sound.

NO JUMPS OR SKIPS

(I have just played her all the way through)

There is some light background noise evident...Would benefit from a professional clean.

Lovely and rich sound.

Still lovely and flat.

 

 

Labels: VG. Lovely and clear...light spindle marks-visible when angled towards the light.

Minimal hole wear, but does carry a couple of needle marks to side 1 label.

Has the GOTHIC font to both sides.

 Outer text "The Gramophone co.LTD"

 DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text. .

There are some small fingers of spidering to the laminate, eminating from the seams.

Wondefully strong Garrod & Lofthouse flipbacks.

 

 ALSO HAS THE "PATENTS PENDING" STATEMENT TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER.

 

 

Inner:  G. It is THE ORIGINAL "USE EMITEX" inner, with the tracing-paper lining...She has done her job by looking after this slab of vinyl for all these years.

Does carry some feathering and splits, as well as writing and a doodle.
