Original US Audiophile Direct To Disc LP released in 1975 on Sheffield Lab Records. Cat: ST200.
An interesting release. Thelma Houston teamed with the band Pressure Cooker in the mid-'70s, doing a fusion/instrumental pop/R&B/soul work for Sheffield Lab. That affiliation ensured that it would be brilliantly engineered, and it sounded spectacular, especially for a mid-'70s release.
Tracks: I’ve got the music in me/ Reggae tune/ To know you is to love you/ Pressure cooker/ Don’t misunderstand/ Step in time/ Dish rag/ Got to get you into my life - I’ve got the music in me (Reprise).
Record has some light scuff marks and is in Excellent condition. Cover has some light marks and a few tiny surface tears around edges and is in VG+ condition.
