- Brand New Items Can Only Be Returned If They Are Unopened, and Still Sealed. Brand New Items That Have Been Opened Are Non-Returnable
- If You Want To Return An Item Because You Have Changed Your Mind, or Decided You Do No Want It, You Must Contact Us Within 14 Days. You Are Responsible For The Return Shipping, and There Will be a 15% Restocking Fee.

Please read the description carefully.  If an item has defects, or anything wrong with it, it will be posted in the description.  If it is listed as Open Box New, then we have tested the item, and it is fully working. We will list what is included in the package. If it is not listed in the description, or shown in the pictures,  please do not assume it will be included in with the auction. Please review our Return Policy & Terms before you purchase. Payment is expected within 7 days of close of auction.

Shipping Policy

If an item can be shipped internationally, (Outside Canada/US), there will be an advertised flat shipping rate for International Mail. If there is not a shipping price stated for international, then it only ships to the United States & Canada (Canada Residents Please Email For Shipping Quote). We Will Ship To Hawaii/Alaska But Additional Shipping Costs Will Apply.  Any Other Country Please Do Not Email Asking For Quotes For International Shipping, These Emails Will Be Ignored. All Items are Shipped by Fedex Ground or By USPS depending on weight and size of item. We Ship daily, Monday - Friday.  If you pay for your item before 11:00am MST, It will ship same day Monday - Friday.  Otherwise, it will ship the next business day. You will be emailed with a tracking number after your item ships. International Buyers - Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.   ITEMS SENT INTERNATIONALLY CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 2-7 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, IF YOU CAN NOT WAIT THAT LONG FOR FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL, THEN DO NOT BID!!
