Rare Complete Misterioso LP Album Set 'The Thin Man' MLP 1981/1982/1983/1984

A rare complete set of 4 original British pressings of the Misterioso series:

MLP 1981 - The Thin Man Meets Fat Boy
MLP 1982 - The Thin Man Meets Fat Boy, Volume II
MLP 1983 - The Thin Man Meets Mad Lad
MLP 1984 - Mad Lad Returns

The 72 tracks were originally recorded for Prestige between 1949 and 1951 at some of their earliest sessions. 44 tracks were completely unissued and included here for the first time.

CODE: MLP1981 / MLP1982 / MLP1983 / MLP1984

SLEEVE CONDITION: Very good with some minor shelf and ring wear. Two have original price stickers to the rear (probably removable), MLP1984 has a nick/scuff to the top right rear (see photo). 

RECORD CONDITION: Near mint

There may be some white light reflections on the vinyl in the photographs, these are not on the actual vinyl.

These records will be sent with new clear sleeves and properly packed in Defenda MusicMax boxes and thick card stiffeners to help guarantee that they reach you without damage.

I use the Goldmine record grading system.

Mint - The record is unplayed and still sealed (I do not use this particular grading on any record which is not still sealed!).
Near Mint - The record has probably only been played a couple of times (if at all) and may have a couple of very light marks which do not affect the playing quality at all.
Very Good+/Excellent - The record may have slight wear but should still have good sound quality. It may have some light scratches or light marks but no heavy scratches.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played several times and has either scratches or marks but should still play fine (possibly with some crackle).
Good - The record has been well played and has several scratches, it should still play but probably has lots of noise or even jumps or sticks.
Poor - Tatty and really only suitable as a gap filler.

Unfortunately, collection is not possible for any of our items unless stated in the listing. For security reasons we do not store items at our mailing address and we obviously do not wish to give out our storage address for the same reason. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. In normal circumstances we ship within 1 working day but please allow up to 2 working days. If the item is damaged in transit, you must sign the carriers note as damaged. We cannot pursue a claim if you do not do this. Please look out for mishandling - crushed boxes, flattened corners, etc.  You agree to co-operate with us fully in the event of a loss/damage claim
