true UK 1st press with STS 1053 A1/B1/C1/D1 stampers
orig UK STEREO DOUBLE/LP STRAIGHT 2 STS 1053 1969
g/fold sleeve ringwear (all copies have!), all edges/seams/corners rubbed, front cover two small ex-sticker residue marks (see pic1), one small dirt mark inside g/fold cover, 4 page lyric insert taped together, inners light foxing, lean labels some spindle (one removable sticker on sides 1&3 - that's my filing system), light visible play marks on two sides (nothing that's broken the 'skin' though) but overall both LPs bright original vinyls - its not spotless but its a good playing copy or initiation into the unique world of the Don Van Vliet & his Magic Men
recording Trout Mask Replica Van Vlier asked for a tree surgeon to come round to the house to check the trees, as he felt the music the group were producing might frighten or damage them!
