Here's a SUPERBLY well looked after Beatles album. This is a RARE French pressing made for U.K. export!
In late 1973 the EMI pressing plant in Hayes, London was being remodeled and for a short time farmed out some of their vinyl pressing to the Pathe Marconi plant in France.
They sent the UK stampers and used UK covers.
They even copied the "Mfd. in U.K." labels, but added "Made In France by Pathe Marconi" at the top.
These are quite hard to come by.

 The vinyl, is in simply lovely, NEAR MINT condition. Superb playback. Barely a mark to her.
Clear audio-just a bit of dust and static-that really is all!!

**THE VERY FIRST PRESSING IN FRANCE HERE**
(On sides 1, 3 & 4 is an etched 'HI' Not sure what this is, but am assuming it is the engineers mark-a bit like HTM)

The labels are in a EXCELLENT condition..I cannot even see any spindle marks!
The unfortunate part are the names to each side-but, as you can see, it's not too bad at all.
They are the very first pressing with the dark labels.
"An EMI Recording" as well as "Mfd. in U.K' to each of the labels....Which is unusual as they were manufactured in France due to the closure of the pressing plant in the UK.
VERY DISPLAYABLE

The cover is fully laminated and in EXCELLENT+ condition too.  With NO spidering to mention to it's laminate, she really is a keeper.
Just some slight rubbing to two of the corners.
Side opening.
Superbly strong spine and very good corners too.
STILL OPENS WITH A CRACKLE, AS IF YOU'VE JUST STEPPED OUT OF THE SHOP BACK IN THE LATE 1960's

Both of the inners are the original poly-lined inners.
MADE IN ENGLAND
They're in great condition. One window has a small repaired tear to it's edge, and the other has a small tear to the seem near the opening and the poly-lining has come loose-not bad at all.
NO writing
 They have certainly done their job in keeping the vinyl in great condition.

The 4 pictures are in great condition and all present. WITHOUT pin holes to the corners-as you'd normally find.
However, Paul and George are photocopies.

The Poster is in super shape too....It looks to have been very well looked after. There are some very small marks where blu-tac has been applied, but nothing to worry about at all.
It is a kind of glossy edition.
