This Lp was released on the 10th July 1964. The 45rpm was released in April and at that time the Beatles' film had yet to get a title and as the story goes, Ringo emerged from a long days work saying "It's been a hard day," then seeing it was already dark added " 's night." This was then announced to the press as the title on the 17th of April. Ringo may have seen this phrase before in Lennons book "Sad Michael."
Holding a number 1 postition for a huge 21 weeks, from July the 25th!!!
This is also the ONLY Beatles album to have every track written by Lennon/McCartney.

EX-! Lovely heavy vinyl with a gorgeous sheen. There are just INCREDIBLY light and barely noticable fine marks-simply from removal and then replacement of the original EMITEX inner. With sound reproduction being simply superb!
I have just listened to the whole album and had a blast! VERY occasional, minimal background noise, just in the quieter sections-The run ins and outs are lovely and quiet..
Only ever very carefully played.
 Very nice indeed.

Still has a glorious white card backing.!

The Garrod and Lofthouse flipbacks are in wonderfully strong condition.
STRONG, UNCRUSHED & LEGIBLE spine.
NO rips or tears!!
