SLADE - BBC Sessions 1969-1971 LP
Fantastic French reissue with early radio sessions recorded between November 1969  and May 1971 - just before Get Down And Get With It  hit single release.  Pure heavy rock with some psych influences - especially on amazing covers (by The Beatles, Traffic, The Moody Blues, Fairport Convention, Moby Grape and Delaney & Bonnie) on Side 1! Some tracks has longer intros/fade ins or outros/fade outs (taken from original, promotional BBC Transcription Discs) than versions released on CD.  Original version of 'The Shape Of Things To Come' (from March 1970) was NOT released on old Salvo CD, which by mistake included later 1972 version of that title.
Limited to 500 copies, black vinyl released in beautiful, laminated cover with cool pictures of the band and at last with CORRECT recording dates!  The band was in top form and the sound quality and the vinyl pressing are excellent.
