DOMESTIC U.S. BUYERS
PAYMENT - U.S. buyers to pay by PAYPAL.
FREE MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING IN US - Media Mail shipping is free for U.S. Buyers. Delivery time for Media Mail is usually pretty prompt but occasionally it can take several weeks to reach the west coast. In late-November and December Media Mail can be very slow because it is treated as 4th class mail and so many other packages take priority over it.
SHIPPING & HANDLING – Your item will be shipped with a tracking number in a good-quality cardboard LP mailer box with a cardboard insert. Special packaging requests can sometimes be accommodated at an additional charge for added materials and added postage. If you have specific packaging requests (protected corners, double boxing, etc), contact me with these special requests BEFORE paying so that I can calculate the extra cost of materials and postage.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – General Information
PAYMENT - Payments are to be made by PAYPAL.
SHIPPING & HANDLING - INTERNATIONAL -
First Class International is only available to purchases weighing less than 4 pounds and valued at less than $75. First class is not insured so buyers use it at your own risk. Priority Mail International (tracked, insurance possible) is also offered and is required for packages weighing over 4 pounds (usually 5 or 6 single lps) or packages valued over $75. Priority Express Mail International (insured and tracked) is required for purchases valued at over $150. PLEASE NOTE: I do not ship expensive packages without insurance & tracking. This is for your protection as well as mine. Please do not make a large purchase and then request a cheaper shipping option.

FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES WITH SHIPPING CHARGES – Please pay for multiple items in one payment or wait for my combined invoice. Ebay does not calculate combined rates properly because of all of the different rates, items, and countries that I ship to. Combined shipping discounts are only valid if you wait for my correct invoice with the correctly calculated shipping rates. If you pay for items separately or do not wait for my invoice then combined shipping discounts do not apply. Please do not overpay for shipping and then request a refund – kindly send a message and request a correct combined invoice before paying. The “request invoice” feature is not available on some apps so please use the regular ebay site to do so.
All International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Please do not ask me to alter values on customs forms – this is a violation of ebay rules and federal law. TRUE VALUE must be stated on all expensive priority mail and express mail packages for insurance reasons.
ARRIVAL TIME - Airmail packages often take 7-10 days to arrive in most countries, but several weeks is not unusual. Delivery is often slowed down by your country’s customs office. Buyers in ITALY should note that the Italian postal and customs system is very slow and all packages can often take several weeks or up to 2 months to arrive.
GRADING :
NM (+/-), E (+/-), VG (+/-)
Lps are visually graded and have not been sound-tested so it is very possible that there will be noise not mentioned in the description. Vintage sealed items have obviously not been sound tested and carry no warranty. In general I recommend cleaning all lps before playback, as most have not been machine cleaned.
NM+ usually means the lp looks brand new or was sealed and was recently opened (I rarely use this grade).
NM usually means that the lp has no significant marks and plays with little noise.
NM- will have some sleeve residue, minor surface wear, surface noise, and/or minor scuffs.
E will show medium wear or surface marks and will have surface noise.
VG will have heavier wear and significant marks/scratches and will play with considerable surface noise.
Jackets - I try to mention significant damage like seam splits, writing and corner creases, but most jackets will show some minor signs of age or shelf wear, even jackets rated NM. NM+ jackets are usually new or in original plastic.
Items are sold AS-IS with no returns/refunds. Please take this into consideration when buying items that are graded below NM. I have established a reputation, especially in the quality-conscious classical record community, as a seller with fair prices, excellent packaging, super-fast shipping, and often better-than-stated condition. Please view my thousands of feedbacks and tens of thousands of sales and feel confident that I am not trying to cheat anyone by using an as-is policy. The very high cost of international shipping, differing equipment & standards, and the fact that the lps are not fully sound certified are the biggest reasons for my no return policy.
Thanks for finding my store and checking out my items – I am sure you will enjoy them!
