THIS IS ANOTHER FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION, SO WILL NOT ACCEPT LESS THAN THE STARTING PRICE-SHE WORTH CONSIDERABLY MORE!!!

This album was The Beatles FIRST release on the now famous Apple label. It was entered into the charts on the 7th of December 1968 and went straight to number one-where it stayed for 7 weeks! Making it the FIRST double album to get the top slot...EVER!
The rather unusual fact about this album is that it was the first release by The Beatles which contained only SOLO material.
By the time 1970 ended, the total sales of this wonderful album were estimated to be 6.5 Million! However...get this...The only other album that beat this a few years later was "Saturday Night fever" !!!

Only marked down due to the visible marks to each of the vinyl discs...however..After listening to her ALL THE WAY THROUGH, I only found only some INCREDIBLY light and ONLY occasional background noise-which I am sure would improve further with just a gentle professional clean.

There are only A FEW, very light spindle marks to each label, these can only be seen when angling towards the light....And particularly looking for them !

Next to NO HOLE WEAR at all!

Certainly one of the best I have seen in a very long time...

NUMBERED: 0284720 It is an EARLY first run, with TOP loading.
 Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold
The spine remains strong and clear, with barely any rubbing!
Superb cover-creamy white, with only 3 very small fingers of spidering emanating from the seams of this glorious laminated gatefold cover!

SIMPLY LOVELY CONDITION

Correct MONO cover as it doesn't have the printing of  Stereo to the back top right.
GLORIOUS and clean on the inside of the gatefold.

AGAIN, I AM BEING INCREDIBLY CRITICAL!!!

ORIGINAL FIRST PRINTING!!!


Inners:  EX!! Original WHITE inners. They are both INCREDIBLY well looked after.
Just carry some gentle creasing to their openings and one has slightly more discolouration through age...they really are in SUPERB CONDITION.
They have the die-cut corners and the statements:

"PATENT No's 1,125,555  MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN"

THEY ARE ALL ORIGINAL-NOT REPRO!

They are NEAR MINT AND ORIGINAL.
They DON'T have any pin-holes around their edges...Which was quite typical for the Beatles fans to pin their beau's up on their bedroom wall.

Poster: VG(+)! Full size and with lyrics to the back.
She is in LOVELY condition-WITHOUT pin-holes!
However, there is a small split of 2.5cm to the top, central fold and another at roughly the same length to the top right, middle and bottom left outer creases...Nothing bad at all and would not be percievable in a frame.
Vibrant colours too.
