It's been 13 years since Death From Above released their hell for leather debut 'You're A Woman, I'm A Machine' which established the Toronto duo's rocket-fuel dance-punk sound. Even though they're now a little older and maybe a little wiser, they don't seem to have taken their foot off the pedal with 'Outrage! Is Now'. The main difference here though, is that they seem to be more in control of their sound: the production is crisper, the band are tighter, the lyrics are wittier, and the songs have a little more breathing room than the 2-minute thrashes we've come to expect. Most of all, Death From Above appear to be pushing themselves and having fun in the process, and it's the freshest they've ever sounded.
