This record has a rare promo insert positioned between the shrink and the back cover (and partly folded inside),  see pics 5 and 6; pic 4 is back cover with insert removed.

Cover: M-, original cover, no splits, no drillholes, cut corner upper right, original shrinkwrap (has been opened), original price sticker on shrink.
