Bay Area bliss: Preservation revisit two moments of absolute soul boogie from Jerry J Johnson's legendary live troupe California Flight Project. "Do You Feel My Love" has a silky funk touch with a peppy chorus and tight backing vocals running point over the shiny rippling wah wahs. "Dance On It" has more of a disco mentality with just the right amount of physical emotion running throughout. Written in the 80s, released in the 00s, vibed to in 2018, both cuts are timeless.
