GEORGE HARRISON
ALL THINGS MUST PASS
Harrison's first release after the Beatles' breakup.  George was
only allotted about one song per Beatle LP.  Lennon/McCartney
had a lock on the group's output.  And so George Harrison had
a bundle of songs for release once he went solo.  The triple album
features most of his lasting work.  Produced by the mad genius, Phil Spector.
George had a lot of help from his friends on this album including:
Ringo Starr, Eric Clapton, Badfinger, Klaus Voorman, Billy Preston,
Carl Radle, Jim Gordon, Bobby Whitlock, etc. etc.
The box has some age and handling wear including some paper fraying on the edges.
Please see photos for a complete track list and other pertinent information
Includes the original inner sleeves with all the song lyrics except for the
"Forbidden Phrase" on the tune, Awaiting On You All.
It must be remembered that this was nearly forty years ago.
Controversial language could and would be censored.
George took an unkind swipe at the head of the Roman Catholic Church
in the lyric: "While the Pope owns 51% of General Motors and the Stock
Exchange is the only thing he's qualified to quote us"
And so, it was not permitted to be printed.
The six sides were all played to test sound quality.
The only problem was a short lived tic during the
fade out of "Sir Frankie Crisp".  It's gone before
"Awaiting On You All" begins.
The rest of the album plays very nicely

The price sticker on the cover stays.  The next owner can attempt removal.

BE WARY OF SIGHT GRADED RECORDS
Rating vinyl by visual inspection is a flawed process. Many times it results in an inflated grade.
Almost all records sold on ebay are rated visually. While this is a useful process for obvious flaws, such as scratches and rubs, it fails to detect hidden sound problems such as skips, pops and crackle. Crackle sounds somewhat like the sound frying bacon makes while cooking. The only way to accurately rate record quality, simply put, is to play it. I am a low volume seller and take the time to thoroughly test the sound quality of records. All records up for sale are play tested. I strive for accurate description of sound quality. Any record with excessive background noise is rejected and not offered for sale.
All records are packaged in a commercial record mailer. Records are removed from the cover before packing to prevent seam splits during mailing. In the case of a single album, the record and cover are placed in a plastic sleeve. They are protected by the ample use of bubble wrap. If more than one album is won, the albums and records are tightly wrapped in cellophane to prevent shifting and are also protected by bubble wrap. The outside of the package is clearly stamped as 'FRAGILE' and 'DO NOT BEND'
Media mail shipping is $4.00 additional individual albums may be combined with minor additional shipping charges. Shipping discount up to 6 records. Additional record purchases will be packaged and charged separately with original mailing costs. This is due to limited record mailer depth.
You may return any album that does not play to your satisfaction.  However, please email me with any problems you have in this regard before return. All albums must be returned in the time allotted and in the same condition and manner as they were shipped. This applies to individual Lps and lots. However, you may not split up lots for a partial refund. I will reimburse your purchase price and original mailing cost. Return mailing cost is the responsibility of the customer. I package records with great care and ship with delivery confirmation. I have shipped thousands of records without breakage or loss and the USPS does a great job with delivery
