The Beatles - White Album.
Original UK LP Issued in 1968 by Apple Records
(PMC 7067/7). Mono.
Side 2 Matrix Number :- XEX 710-1

I have just cleaned with Okki Nokki record cleaning machine prior to playback on Rega Planar 2 Deck
VINYL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION
Some light surface marks/light scratches/light wispy lines visible - nothing serious - no deep scratches - There are a couple of distinctive light scratches - no sticks or jumps on playback, but there are some regular clicks
Have checked vinyl under a bright light
Have play-tested vinyl on a Regar Plan 2 deck
There were no skips, jumps, or sticks, but there was periodic background surface noise/clicks and occasional crackles
especially on "Goodnight"
- No deterioration in sound quality - plays very well considering !!
When the vinyl was played, the background noise did not overwhelm the music - nor ruin the listening experience. Fine audio playback considering the vinyl’s visual appearance.
Record labels are fairly clean and the print is clearly visible.
No writing on the record label
No sticky residue,
but some light foxing on Side 4 - no discoloring on other 3 sides.
Except for spider-marks & light spindle wear.
SLEEVE IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION
The laminated g/f sleeve has lasted very well - In nice clean white condition, but there are a number of blisters/creases and light wear around the edges plus very slight record ring wear - through general storage & age related wear from rubbing & handling etc.
No split seams/scuff marks/grubby marks & unwelcome pen-marks etc
The spine has some staining, but the text is still clearly legible
A nice fully formed shiny sleeve without any split seams, splits or tears with wear through general age related wear.
THE POSTER is IN VG condition
There is some wear (with small tears) on the sleeve folds + light handling wear + light spots of foxing on the lyrics side

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. I DO NOT SELL ANY VINYL GRADED LESS THAN VG, UNLESS IT IS ANYTHING THAT IS VERY RARE OR SPECIAL.
