This is “The Versatile Voice,” by Glen Covington, a previously-owned record album (33 1/3 rpm) manufactured by Banana Tree Records. It is in decent shape, though the jacket shows some wear-and-tear. Of note, it is autographed on the front.
The late Glen E. Covington was a singer and pianist who performed with his trio in supper clubs around the country. Born in Irving, Kentucky, he grew up in Louisville. His career as a professional performer began after he graduated from Tennessee State and won first place on an Aurthur Godfrey "Talent Scout Show." One of his first major engagements was at the Copacabana in New York in the early 1950s. Track-listing:
