Please email me to discuss a problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback.  I am always willing to work with buyers to resolve issues, but continued issues over grading, or excessive emails inquiring about policy details clearly stated in the listing, or any attempts to renegotiate shipping rates, will result in buyer being blocked. Buyer must first contact seller to make arrangement for return shipment. Refunds will be made only after return shipment to, and re-inspection by, the seller. We are not financially responsible for mishandling of parcels by the postal service.

Payment is expected within seven days of winning bid unless buyer contacts me to make other arrangements. Failure to pay for items won will result in buyer being blocked.  

Grading:   Cover/Vinyl   (double LPs cover/vinyl/vinyl etc.)  LPs are graded visually and conservatively under many bright lights. Excessively dirty vinyl will be cleaned.  Vinyl with questionable marks are play graded.

EX    Great copy but cover might have minor signs of wear; vinyl should be clean but not brand new and there could be light surface sound      

EX-    More visible wear to the cover such as ringwear, cornerwear, creasing etc.; on the vinyl there may be a few visible marks but light in nature  although they will produce some noise

EX-(-)  Between EX- and VG++

VG++ Cover will show many obvious signs of wear but still intact with no moisture damage, excessive writing or serious splits; on vinyl there will be a few noticeable marks but light in nature and should play through fine 

VG+  Heavy cover wear (seam splits, ringwear, sticker residue etc) but still respectable; there will be more visual marks on the vinyl (eg. scuffs, hairline scratches) and more noise. 

Shipping and Handling:

All LPs come in LP mailers specifically made for that purpose with padding added to protect LPs. All LPs are removed from covers to prevent seam splits (except for SEALED LPs). You will be notified by email when your parcel is shipped. US Postal Tracking Number provided for all orders.  For foreign shipments, I will be glad to supply the customs form number for your parcel as proof that it has been shipped.   

All foreign orders… over 4 pounds must be shipped Priority international.  All foreign orders over 2 LPs have to be weighed before shipping and you will be charged EXACT shipping costs.  All foreign orders please wait for invoice before paying. Under 4 pounds are shipped 1st class international.  Foreign Orders: Registration  (optional)   Quote at time of invoice.

Foreign shipping for heavy LPs and box sets are determined by weight.

US Media Mail: 1 LP $4.00, $1 for each additional item.  .50 each after first 5 items.  Boxed Sets $5.  For boxed sets, as well as multiple orders, please wait for invoice before paying!

PRIORITY  mail is available (if interested ask for quote before making payment)

Canada and Mexico email before paying for direct quote and I will charge you exact cost of shipping.
