Near Mint : Record should look unplayed, shiny, glossy no visible marks a near perfect record
Near Mint - : Record should be almost Near Mint (maybe a couple of light scuffs or scratches)
Very Good+: Record May have a few marks, light scuffs or scratches. Still a very nice record
