Shipping
We ship FAST! All orders are shipped within one business day, and orders received before 2pm CST are shipped the same day! We ship each business day of the week - Monday thru Friday. Orders may be processed for shipment on weekends & holidays, but they will not ship until the next business day. Please be aware that certain US holidays and unforeseen weather conditions may cause temporary shipping delays.
Our products are listed with a variety of shipping options. Listings with FREE SHIPPING refer to shipments within the continental United States. There is a small added fee ($2.50) for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories which includes American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. Our comic book listings are offered with a standard shipping fee for the first comic, and only $0.50 for each additional book purchased. Weight-based shipping is offered on listings where the items are either over-sized (ex: comic storage boxes) or over-weight (ex: case of comic backing boards). On listings that have weight-based shipping, a product's weight and dimensions are used by eBay to automatically calculate the shipping fees based upon a customer's delivery address. Some weight-based listings can be combined and shipped together (ex: multiple comic boxes) whereas others cannot due to weight (ex: multiple cases of comic backing boards). We do our best to keep shipping fees as low as possible as we understand that these fees are the number one determining factor of an item's selling price.
APO/FPO orders for U.S. uniformed service members, government civilian employees, and their dependents are shipped with no added fees! International orders are shipped using eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). This service is used for your safety and ours as the GSP insures the order if lost or damaged. Any additional fees imposed upon the buyer at checkout (i.e., international shipping and/or import fees (if applicable)) are paid to eBay's Global Shipping Program. The seller is not given any portion of these additional fees and we have no ability to reduce these fees.
We, too, are collectors and know what right looks like so please be assured that your order is handled and packaged with care. There's nothing worse than excitedly awaiting delivery of an order only to have it arrive damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging. Even though we package orders securely, there are occasions when no level of packaging can prevent improper handling and damage caused by various shipping providers. If this occurs, please contact us and we will swiftly address the issue. We use brand new shipping materials in the packing and shipping of orders to maintain initial strength integrity and durability. We do not use USPS shipping boxes as they are flimsy and do not provide adequate shipping protection for your products.
Unlike our competitors, we do not unlawfully ship merchandise by Media Mail. We may, at certain times of the year, use hybrid services such as UPS-SurePost as it offers greatly reduced shipping rates to the East & West coasts. However, these hybrid services are never used during the November-December holiday season as they add many days to transit times which only causes delayed deliveries and unhappy customers. All items are shipped by either USPS First Class Mail (15-oz or less), USPS Priority Mail (10-lbs or less), UPS Ground (over 10-lbs), or UPS Sure-Post (excluding Nov-Dec holiday season).
If you are located locally or traveling through the state of Missouri and wish to pick-up your order in person, you are more than welcome to do so. We will refund you the exact shipping cost we would have incurred if your order was to ship. Even if your order has 'Free Shipping', we will deduct the amount that we would've been charged had we shipped the order. Please be advised that all orders picked up at our business location will be charged an 8.225% Missouri Sales Tax (Waynesville + Pulaski County + MO State).
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30-days after purchase. To return an item, we ask that you contact us so we can address your concerns and provide steps to simplify the returns process.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for orders received damaged or "Not as Described". Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for all other reasons.
Please package all returned items safely to prevent damage while in-transit. Any item returned to us displaying damage will not be refunded.
