It also comes with the original Fan Club insert that measures 4" x 8". The cover is near mint minus, the inner sleeve is near mint, the Fan Club insert is near mint, and the record is near mint. It comes from my own personal collection and smoke-free environment. This is a very nice album to add to your David Bowie collection.
