NEAR MINT CONDITION  SLEEVE, (the shrink is missing on the front lower right hand corner about 2 inches long & 1 inch deep & about an inch on the back cover and there is a a white sticker over the back brcde and the very upper left corner tip is creased in on the very very tip BUT STILL EXTREMLY NICE SEE PICTURES FOR ACTUAL ITEM , AND THE VIYNL ITSELF IS BRAND NEW & NEVER PLAYED IN STOCK  

MADE IN VERY SMALL QUANTITY ULTRA LIMITED VINYL.

This also includes a download code, but I can not guarantee this still works it may have expired
