About the Artist, Night Tempo: Night Tempo is a South Korean Future Funk and Vaporwave producer He periodically releases physical copies of his music primarily through cassette tapes, vinyls, and CDs. Sometimes, he'll release more than 1 edition, re-release, or sell copies for a limited amount of time. He's a popular music artist, and his products have been selling out within an hour for years now.  As proof of that, you can use the last pictures as reference.
About the product: This was released more than 2 years ago, on Feb 14th, 2018 digitally. Then physically on March 11th, 2018 a month later. Use pictures for reference of that, for proof. Most of the cassette tapes through Neon City Records used to be factory sealed. But then they started selling cassettes without the seal. This tape does not have a factory seal. It came delivered to me like that.  I've never played, or opened this cassette tape. And kept it inside my safe all this time. There was only 222 released. And Night Tempo himself said he isn't re-pressing, or re-releasing this cassette.
The free official Night Tempo sticker is not only a rare item in itself that I bought years ago. But I decided to include it with this rare and authentic cassette tape too. 
I think $95 is a fair price. Given the extreme rarity of this item. And the only reason I'm selling it now is because I've always had 2. Everything else I collect from Night Tempo, is nfs. If this wasn't in my collection I would easily pay the $100. I paid $85 for his first ever physical release. As shown in the last picture. For the 1st edition Fantasy cassette. I paid that much because it was the only one missing from my collection. I didn't know the seller was selling it because Night Tempo was re-releasing it an anniversary edition. With this item, he said he isn't re-issuing it. And it's been over 2 years. And he's kept true to his word. This item will only increase in value over time if taken care of.
