The Ghost of Tom Joad is the eleventh studio album and the second acoustic album, by American recording artist Bruce Springsteen. The album was released on November 21, 1995, through Columbia Records. The album was recorded and mixed at Thrill Hill West, Springsteen's home studio in Los Angeles, California.

New Other : Box opened absolutely no signs of use. May have some cosmetic blemishes from being unboxed. Original box may be missing or damaged. Generally will be complete with all accessories and manuals where applicable otherwise it will be noted in the listing condition. 

Used Excellent : Minimal signs of use in almost new condition. Full working order. Original box may be missing or damaged.

Used Very Good : Signs of use but still in very good condition / working order. Original box may be missing or damaged.

Used Acceptable : Extensive signs of use but in good working order, may be missing some items that do not affect the operation. Original box may be missing or damaged.

Spares or Repair : Parts missing that affect the function or not working needing some attention to fix.

Shipping

We despatch using Parcelforce 24hr, Royal Mail Tracked48 or Hermes for economy service. If you have not received delivery of an item after 7 working days, please contact us so we can chase up the delivery to find out where your item is and when you can expect it. A contact phone number should be provided for all courier deliveries. This is helpful so that the courier driver may contact you if they are unable to locate your address or to advise you of the delivery time. Please check all deliveries to make sure the goods have not been damaged in transit and everything is complete. If you sign for the goods as "in good Condition" and subsequently find they are damaged we will not be able to claim from the carrier and this may delay any repair or replacement for you.

The following postcodes may incur a carriage surcharge for heavier items: GY, IV, HS, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE. BT, IM, TR21-25, Isle of Wight and certain other Scottish postcodes. If your delivery address is within one of these areas please contact us for details before buying. The surcharges are charged to us by the carriers. 

Please note if an item is returned to us through the post or by our couriers we will not repost this item until any costs charged to us for the return to us have been paid plus the cost to re-ship your order. If you wish a refund we reserve the right to deduct any of these costs from your refund.

Returns

Please let us know if you are going to return an item to avoid delay with your refund. Goods must be returned within 30 days from order. The goods can only be accepted for return if they are in the original packaging, unopened and not used. The buyer is responsible for the cost of any return postage/carriage fee and any necessary insurance as the goods remain the buyers responsibility until returned to us. We regret we are unable to refund any carriage costs except in the event of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
