Replica made in Great Britain probably printed in 80?s.The text in the rear cover is upsidedown printed (picture 6 and 7 ) and there's a  crease of the lamination on the front as you can see. (picture n1,2,4 and 5). It's not the first edition original but It's not a recent digital print! And it's laminated and not polished. The printing is fabulous! better than the bad original print.The cover contains perfectly the inner trays (picture n1 and 3).
