Promo LP is VG with a good amount of fading/spots.  Most likely this is "bagrash" which is a term applied to chemical alteration within vinyl LPs over time that have been kept in certain plastic inner sleeves.  Generally this does not affect play.  Otherwise there are no major marks or scratches.  Jacket has some general shelving wear. Please look at the photos and let me know if you need a better view of something.
