The Beatles

No 'Majesty'

*INCREDIBLY EARLY 1/H PRESSING*
Fantastic
1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th
September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was
recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks,
it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."

*150g-QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL*
G.
Lovely
vinyl, but she does carry some needle marks to her....When playing her
all the way through, I noticed a wonderfull deep and rich audio for the
majority of playback.
Here Comes The Sun has a bit of shilling and
some pops, as does Come Together but they do play through on my Focus
One deck-fitted with an SME IV arm and audio Technica stylus.
The
worst section is the transition from Something, into Maxwells Silver
Hammer where it shills, pops and skips from the end few bars of
Something into the start of Maxwells Silver Hammer.
In some of
quieter sections I did notice some other pops-Sun King was one track and
Something had a brief mid-section where she had some revolutionary
pops-but I just thought it reminded me I am listening to a slab of
ORIGINAL vinyl from 1969 and not a CD!
Rich deep audio with high
peaks and deep bass. But also skips and has some shilling-as described in
some sections-the majority of the album is wonderfully rich and
clear.....So would make a good filler for that fact and not forgetting
she still has the ultra early 1/1 Mothers!
WOULD FRAME VERY WELL
Labels:
EX.
Only
very light spindle marks-evident only when angling towards the light.
With a small amount of central hole wear to the side 1 label....Nothing
bad at all-please see the detailed images for yourselves.
NO "Sold in the UK..." text.
Outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.."
"Mfd. in U.K." text. The labels are nice and vibrant.
This is the 1st pressing DARKER version of this Apple label.
The last song credit DOES NOT HAVE "Her Majesty" on the Side 2 label.

VG(+).
The cover of this LP is lovely and clean.
The alignment of the Apple Logo on the back is inline with the text.
The spine is perfectly intact and legible.
There
are some small crescents of spidering to the front & back
laminate....As well as a few small fingers eminating from the spine and a
line of spidering of around 13cm to the top right corner.
NO WRITING.
NO RIPS.
Strong corners.
DEEP
CLEAN AND CLEAR COLOURS...However, there is a small line of fading,
more than likely due to the sun, to the spine and the front bottom left
corner....Please see the detailed images for yourselves and click on
them for even larger images and more detail.
SOLID.

GRAB THIS BEAUTY FOR ITS SOLID PACKAGE.
