7. eBay collects the sales tax (not the seller). I am powerless to control that.

8. During Cover-19 pandemic, the USPS and FedEx and UPS are all having issues with volume and fewer workers -- please give them a bit of grace in terms of delivery times. If you have a special situation, please discuss with me first.

9. I do not have any extra handling charge. Shipping costs cover the actual cost of shipping and packing materials.

10. I do my best to combine shipping and get the package mailed ASAP (within 1 business day, sometimes same day!)
