RETURNS: Our policy is you have 30 days from the date you received the item to contact us at and it must be within that 30th day postmarked for return. If the items are in your possession for more than 30 days, it will be considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT to you. There are no EXCEPTIONS! Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
