Selling my uncle's collection! He took great care of the records making sure to store them correctly.

I grade conservatively! The record could be even in better condition than promised.
GRADING:
All of the records have been played. They are in VG+ condition. They don't have any scratches and haven't been played in 20+ years!! Could very well grade better!
As for the sleeves, all of the records have the original owners signature on them. Many also have creases and show ring wear. Structurally, all of them are in good condition and do not have any tears that need to be taped. For this, I grade them cautiously as a G+.
