This has a gatefold cover with an 11-page booklet built in.

Nice vinyl - clean as found (light sleeve wear). 

I wet-cleaned it on my VPI and put it in a new poly-lined sleeve.

Played through perfectly, no pops or clicks. 

The cover and book have major water damage, but no paper loss.

Grading/Condition Descriptions (unless otherwise noted, grading is by visual inspection):
MT = Mint.  Perfect and in sealed, original shrink-wrap/packaging (it is presumed to be in Mint condition).
NM = Near Mint.  As close to perfect as you can get, no visible scuffs/scratches.  Played only a couple times, at most.
EX = Excellent.  Vinyl has only a couple minor surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, very minor chipping at edges/corners, very minor ring-wear, no writing.
VG+ = Very Good+.  Vinyl has a few surface scuffs and/or very minor scratches. Jacket has no seam splits, but has 1-2 small hairline creases and/or minor chipping at edges or bumped corners, possibly a cut-out, some ring-wear, no writing.
VG = Very Good.  Vinyl has numerous surface scuffs and/or very minor scratches. Jacket has no seam splits, but has a few hairline creases and/or chipping at edges or bumped corners, moderate ring-wear, no writing.
VG- = Very Good-.  Vinyl has numerous surface scuffs and minor scratches. Jacket has small seam split (less than 2” long) or has numerous small creases and/or chipping at edges or bumped corners or small amount of writing, moderate ring-wear.
G = Good.  Vinyl has numerous surface scuffs/scratches and probably a ‘feeler’ scratch (as noted in listing).  Label shows a lot of wear and/or some writing.  Jacket has seam split or numerous moderate creases and/or major chipping at edges and corners, water damage/stains, or major writing, or heavy ring-wear.
P = Poor.  Not worth describing.
