REM Accoustic ‘87 12” Record. This record was recorded live at Mccabes guitar shop in Santa Monica California on may 25, 1987. In great condition. Only played once years ago. I hate to get rid of it but I haven’t a record player and it’s just sat in a box for years. Someone’s gonna love it. It’s always been kept in the plastic. It’s a super rare record and you rarely ever see it Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
