R.E.M. Chronic Town 12 inch EP
Original 1982 US edition, catalogue number SP70502, on IRS label.
The vinyl is in excellent condition, I've played it around a dozen times, no scuffs or scratches. The outer sleeve shows some ring wear and some corner wear but otherwise in very good condition, conservatively graded VG+, see the photos for details.
It's a great record but after 25 years of collecting R.E.M. I've finally admitted that I don't need 4 copies of the same record... see my other auction for the rare blue vinyl Record Store Day release.
