It is a stone cold north soul classic whose story starts when celebrated UK producer and songwriter Ian Levine linked up with Chicago studio wizards Paul Wilson and Danny Leak and vocalists Barbara Pennington, LJ Johnson and Evelyn Thomas. The results gave Levin his UK chart debut and encouraged him to work with Barbara Pennington once again on the huge '24 Hours A Day'. Aimed squarely at the booming US disco scene it was an immediate hit with hits high speed grooves and relentless strings, stunning vocal and rich production.
