The item for sale is the exact one shown in the photos: Picture sleeve is in VG condition with wear along the top. A close visual inspection of the playing surface also shows VG condition. There is no Sub Pop Singles Club flap included with this copy. In fact, I can't feel the perforated edge on the sleeve.
