For sale is a vinyl record album by The Pixies - Beneath The Eyrie.  The album is in excellent condition and comes complete with its original outer gatefold sleeve and inner sleeves, as pictured.  The album is still in its original shrinkwrap with hype sticker, and includes a valid, unused digital download code.  
The album is absolutely like-new, and has only been played one time!  I ended up with two copies of this album after the holidays.  This was my first copy which I bought for myself last year, and listened to one time on the day I bought it.  I know for a fact that the digital download code is unused, as it is printed on the inside of the gatefold sleeve - which is still unopened, inside the shrink wrap!  The record is absolutely like-new, and only shows a few scuffs from where it was rubbing up against the inner sleeve.  It plays perfectly, but does have some dust and static from the paper sleeve, and could probably use a little cleaning before the next playback.  
For condition, I would rate the album as the following: Outer Sleeve - NM (still in shrinkwrap, with very minor edgewear) Inner Sleeves - NM (fully intact, though does have a seam split which was there from the start) Record - NM (played once, with a few scuffs from the inner sleeve) Check the photos for the actual item up for sale!  The album will come packaged in an outer polybag sleeve, and will ship in a sturdy cardboard LP mailer.  I strive to make my listings as accurate and transparent as possible.  If you have any additional questions or need any more information, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
