Covers are in various conditions. Tango in The Night and Mirage are in shrink-wrap (opened). All three Stevie Nicks covers are EX, little to no wear. Bare trees is VG+, would be EX, but for some writing in top right corner. Rumors is VG+, some light ring wear and small stain in top left corner. Fleetwood Mac self titled is VG to VG+, some wear and staining.
Inner sleeves may have some tearing/splitting. I believe they are all original. Some albums come with inserts (see pics).

All vinyls are first (original) presses. Ranging from VG+ (conservatively), to EX. (I only use NM as a grade if I can say with 100% certainty that the album has never been played. These have been play tested. All 8 are beautiful copies that deliver excellent listening experiences).  
Vinyls may need to be cleaned. I do not deep clean them, as to avoid any potential damage.
Grading criteria is a combination of visual and audio inspection/testing.  I generally grade conservatively as to avoid buyer dissatisfaction.
