32 years after their fittingly titled single 'Anthem' became one of the biggest crossover club hits of 1990, Food Music has decided to celebrate the career of leading rave-era duo N-Joi. It's a welcome development, not least because many of the pair's singles and cult cuts have lasted the test of time rather well. For proof, check out the bleep (and Unique 3 in particular) inspired 'Techno Gangsters', the bouncy piano-house rush of 'Jah Heaven', the raw, stab-happy breakbeat hardcore insanity of 'Manic' and the breathless, warehouse-ready acid techno stomp of 'Mindflux'.
