The Stay Up Forever contingent are stronger than ever as people's appreciation for the hardest strains of techno spread further all the time. Dynamo City is one of many collaborative projects from Chris Liberator and D.A.V.E. The Drummer, having first appeared in 1995 with the single Urban & Free / Shape-Shift. Now that iconic track 'Urban & Free' gets a proper shakedown for 2022 with a batch of remixes kicking off with the mighty Perc, who leans in hard and furious with an industrial-tinged sledgehammer. Liberator's own version has a slight leaning towards hard trance in its melodic acid hooks, while Tassid keeps the loopy pressure up. Patrick DSP digs in on a tightly packed, intense version which layers up the acid lets it bleed out over time in true warehouse rave style.
