Cover: EX. still in (opened) shrink wrap.
Vinyl: VG. Record would be graded much higher, but there is a significant scratch on side two, that causes a "tick" throughout the first two songs on side 2. No skips, but the tick is notable throughout the first two songs. Plays very well otherwise.
Vinyls may need to be cleaned. I do not deep clean them, as to avoid any potential damage.
Grading criteria is a combination of visual and audio inspection/testing. I generally grade conservatively as to avoid buyer dissatisfaction.
