Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."

 Lovely FLAT & SHINY vinyl. She only carries a few very light and whispy marks-with BARELY ANY background noise!
After I cleaned her on my Pro-Ject VCS MkII Vacuum Record cleaner I had the utter joy of listening to her-all the way through....
I found the vinyl delivered a wonderful clean and clear audio playback....With deep bass and glorious highs too.
I certainly didn't notice the surperficial marks on playback.

CERTAINLY NO JUMPS OR SKIPS ON MY FOCUS ONE DECK WITH SMK ARM AND AUDIO TECHNICA STYLUS FITTED.

 There are a handful of very light spindle marks, seen when angled towards the light...With barely any central hole wear.

Outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.."
"Mfd. in U.K." text. The labels are nice and vibrant.
This is the 1st pressing DARKER version of this Apple label.
Has the '33 1/3' to the extreem left.
The last song credit DOES NOT HAVE "Her Majesty" on the Side 2 label.
NO WRITING.
WOULD FRAME WELL.

The cover of this LP is the rarer 1st print cover; with the alignment of the Apple Logo on the back NOT being inline with the text.
The spine remains lovely and strong, as well as legible.
There are some crescents and lines of spidering near the opening to the front and back, but nothing horrendous. There are also some small fingers of spidering to the edges-but these really are nothing to worry about.
The corners remain strong with just some rubbing and knocking and some light bends, but nothing terrible at all.
SOLID VG EXAMPLE.

When taking the photos, I noticed an address to the inside of the sleeve-difficult to spot and impossible to see if displaying.
 The alignment of the Apple Logo on the back is OUT OF LINE with the text.

 ORIGINAL "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" and "MADE IN ENGLAND" inner...These were only issued with the very 1st pressings.
This one is in great condition.
There is some discoloration to the paper-as can be seen in the images provided.

Certainly done her job in keeping this very early slab of vinyl in great condition!
