The third full-length from Scotland's punkest commodity, The Exploited, was arguably the most politically charged project of their discography. 'Let's Start A War Said Maggie One Day', bluntly relates to good old Maggie Thatcher, and her perceived flippant nature with regards to invading the Falklands. Utter rippers such as, 'Rival Leaders', and, 'Kidology', still surge with seething ferocity, nearly four decades on, while the visceral commentary on everything from class division to racism serve as potent reminder of the band's integral contributions to the scene. Yes, they would go on to claim the Falklands were British forever at a performance in Argentina, but we'll save that topic for another day.
