Harlem Shuffle have The Paragons was a Jamaican vocal group, mostly known for rocksteady tracks, comprised of Bob Andy, Keith Anderson, Garth Evans, Junior Menz, and Leroy Stamp, and they were initially called The Binders. They were a busy bunch, with over 150 releases to their name but few were finer than 'When The Lights Are Low.' It's a dark bit of soul with fuzzy lo-fi production, horns from a spaghetti western and a dub-wise rhythm all topped off with lush vocal harmonies. 'I Want To Go Back' is a more traditional rocksteady tune.
