This LP is in great condition: The sleeve is free from any splits tears or rips, it has some storage wear particularly around the edges, a small spit lower corner edge:  Grade as VG.

 

The disc is really great no visible marks the vinyl has a really high shine shows it can have been played only a few times, if at all the labels are crisp and clean and free from inscriptions with no sign of any spindle wear: grade EX+
