Taeko Ohnuki is behind a number of cult records from the late seventies and eights, not all of which had immediate commercial success. Her the years though she has grown in reputation and Grey Skies is one of the reasons why. It is a rather penny record if you want an original but this remastered version packs plenty of punch with its smooth fusions of classic rock, jazz, pop and AOR. It is a record packed with instrumentation from synths, trombone, clarivet, wood blocks, harpsichord, electric organs and much more.
